My ensuite facilities have been cleaned and aired and the toilet replaced. One of the pipes needed to be removed entirely. I can only be glad I was not there for the process. I took the opportunity to have locks fitted to my personal rooms. There is only a single set of keys to these.

Tezuka, thank you for your hospitality. Kabaji informs me that you intend to devour the carnivorous fish that your staff have homed in your living room. While I applaud your hunting instinct, might I propose we try something more challenging on a safari trip perhaps? Shooting fish in a barrel is hardly good sport, even if they have teeth.

Tachibana's butler, your repeated protests that you do not have issues are ridiculous. The only problem is how to catalog such a list so it might be perused by a medic of suitable training. You should spend this next year learning how to face reality.

I honestly do not see the point of reading bedtime stories to a fish. I doubt it would be thrilled with a telling of the original Little Mermaid.

Not necessarily true. I suspect that, as a fish, sea people would be an obnoxious presence. Rather like the impact of man on wild animals in areas they wish to develop.

Well, she does kill herself in the end. If that is the case, then the fish would possibly enjoy it. Regardless, I will stick to reading to humans.
