House-warming gifts

Yukimura, I trust you will accept one of these two along with the customary gratification appropriate to your hospitality last weekend. This handset is brightly coloured, water and oil proof, can be located through a key-clapper device and has removable key pads should they become unusable from application of any adhesive substances. I believe this will be an acceptable house-warming gift for all occupants, na? One can only hope that the increased ease of locating your cell phone will lead to an improved guest list or at least salon care for unfortunate arrivals.
