Fuji, I have not the faintest idea where you are but strongly suspect it is unsuitable. There are aeroplanes. Use them.

Out of mild frustration curiosity, did you provide your sibling with my work cell phone number, Seiichi? The one I cannot easily change?! She seems to have a multitude of ways of contacting me, all of which she is prepared to use sequentially all hours of the day. I see she has your tenacity.

I don't necessary find Oishi 'disturbed' just a touch frazzled. Medical school is difficult and stressful. He just needs to relax a bit.
